Giovani Lo Celso, an Argentine midfielder, will not play for Tottenham against Sheffield United in today’s Premier League match, according to manager Ange Postecoglou.

The former Real Betis player has struggled with injuries and hasn’t played as much as he would have liked this season. His boss has announced that he won’t play against the Blades.

Prior to the game, Postecoglou informed the media that “He is not available for this weekend. He joined us for training yesterday, but we’ll wait another week.
Rodrigo Bentancur, who is also missing the game but has resumed training, is joined by Lo Celso. The Uruguayan international was ‘dejected’ after being removed from practice 30 minutes after joining the first team.

However, manager Postecoglou claims that everything was done for his benefit since everything must be handled carefully to prevent breakdown. The Spurs manager continued, “Rehab is the hardest part. Ask any player; it’s not just the work; there’s also the lonesome aspect of it. Although yesterday he was buzzing, this is good.

It’s true that he has a good amount of work to do, and it’s wonderful to have him involved. Naturally, he was disappointed when we had to remove him from it after 30 minutes.
In their first four league games, Tottenham has won three and drew one. With a victory, they will have the greatest start to a season in ten years.

Tottenham has already won three straight league games, something they were unable to do at any point last season.
