Taylor Swift Left in Disbelief During ‘Eras Tour’ on Saturday…..
Saturday night’s “Eras Tour” performance at BC Place was an important show for Taylor Swift. This was the second-to-the-last concert for the multi-Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter as her nearly two-year tour comes to a close. As such, Swift could not help but get a little bit emotional throughout her performance. At one point in the evening, during one of her ad-libs in between songs, the 34-year-old told the Vancouver crowd why she was in a state of disbelief now that the finish line is within sight. “This is our very last Saturday night on the ‘Eras Tour,’ I can’t believe it,” Swift said. The “Fortnight” singer then took a moment to soak it all in as her message drew resounding cheers from her adoring fans.
And we plan on making it count,” she continued. “I assume that you feel exactly the same way, right?” That question drew even more screaming from the crowd as they gave their commitment to the performer that they, too, would cherish every moment of the penultimate show.
While Saturday’s show may have been special for Swift, she has an even bigger milestone coming up soon. The pop icon is celebrating her 35th birthday on Friday, Dec. 13, and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs, reportedly has big plans lined up.
According to a recent report by “Page Six,” Kelce has taken the time and has gone out of his way to make sure that Swift’s 35th birthday is going to be a memorable event. “This is a milestone birthday for Taylor so he wants to make it extra special,” Page Six’s insider said. “Travis has only let a few of those closest to him know what he has in store for Taylor because he doesn’t want to ruin any surprises.”
Kelce will not be able to make it to Swift’s final performance on Sunday because the Chiefs are also in action. The two-time defending champs play at home on Sunday night as they host Justin Herbert and the 8-4 Los Angeles Chargers at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
