Travis Kelce makes $377 billion Netflix demand for NFL Christmas Day games after Mike Tyson nightmare…
Travis Kelce has told his brother Jason Kelce that he hopes $377 billion broadcaster Netflix will fix streaming issues in time for the NFL’s upcoming Christmas Day games on the platform.
Netflix recently streamed the Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul fight, which generated an extraordinary average minute audience of 108 million people worldwide, according to a statement event organizer Most Valuable Promotions sent to The Mirror US. However, the broadcast was not without challenges as a large number of people encountered streaming issues — including the Kansas City Chiefs superstar.
In fact, Kelce even said that his stream cut out at the most parodic moment when Netflix went into Tyson’s locker room and inadvertently aired the former world heavyweight boxing champion’s bare buttocks.

“Hopefully, Netflix can figure it out as well,” Kelce said on the latest New Heights episode. He added: “My s— got froze literally on Mike Tyson’s cheeks. It felt like a parody going into it.
Netflix solving their live sports streaming issues is particularly pertinent for Kelce as the streaming giant will televise his Chiefs’ clash with the Pittsburgh Steelers at Acrisure Stadium on Christmas Day. Baltimore Ravens clash with Houston Texans is the day’s other game. “Hopefully Netflix, back to the point, can figure out” the issues with the broadcast,” Kelce said. “Especially if we’re going to be watching all of the Christmas games on Netflix.”
To emphasize how dire the problem was for him, the NFL star said he encountered buffering issues “four or five times” during the Tyson vs Paul event and “was pretty pissed it kept going in and out.
Earlier in the show, Amanda Serrano and Katie Taylor contested another Fight of the Year contender. Taylor edged Serrano, according to the ringside judges, and retained her undisputed world lightweight championship titles. Though both fighters teased a trilogy bout earlier in the month, it is unclear as of yet if they’ll go ahead with a third installment for their fight saga.
Elsewhere on the Netflix boxing card, Mario Barrios retained his WBC welterweight world championship during a bruising battle with Abel Ramos. The judges awarded both fighters a draw score.
